I live in a town in the foothills of the Smokies that has numerous ridges that defy common sense and logic when it comes to road placement. Shortest routes as per the GPS are usually treacherous, fastest routes don't work very well. I use the Fuel Efficiency Adviser on various routes and compare Current Trip Cost to find the optimal route. Adds a little interest to routine errands and reduces footprint as well. Great product!

"I have noticed now that I have adjusted my driving to get better mileage, so far an increase of 3 mile per gallon. It keeps you aware of your driving style if you tend to be agressive. I fill-up once a week and I have made adjustments only to the cost of fuel as the meter is very accurate to my vehicles usage.

What I notice are the drivers that pass me tend to be doing the zig-zag thru traffic to get ahead. Before I was probable keeping them behind me and the Adviser makes you aware of all the interesting style of drivers around me and how they waste fuel. It made me a better driver".

I use your product on my 2001 F-150 CrewCab with 5.7L V8. I am so pleased that I now average 17+ MPG per tank vs. 15 MPG before! I now look further ahead to determine if coasting to a stop light is appropriate. Thus I am more aware of traffic conditions. Thanks for the great product!
